Apex Performance Therapy was founded in 2019 with one goal in mind- provide outstanding rehab services to athletes and the active community. We believe training and rehab go hand-in-hand and both are necessary to reduce risk of injury and return to the optimal level of performance.
Apex Performance Therapy provides physical therapy services to individuals in Rockville, Maryland. We specialize in musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehab, and various orthopedic injuries.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive PT care to all patients through effective evidence-based therapy methods. 1-on-1 treatment sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, no use of techs or aides with the individualized treatment plans developed for the client.
We feature a variety of conditioning and weight training equipment, indoor turf, and private treatment rooms. All conveniently located in the Rockville area.

The goal of apex performance therapy

Your first session will be an evaluation an hour in length. Tests and measures are performed to discover pertinent information helpful in developing your plan of care and tracking progress. Home exercises will also be give as well as a “game plan” for gradual, safe return to your prior level of function.
All sessions are 1-on-1 with a doctor
