Before joining Apex, Helen practiced as a physical therapist in Taiwan and later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in California.
Dr. Hsu is deeply committed to helping inpiduals restore function after injury and unlock their full potential in sports and daily activities. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience across perse settings, treating a wide range of conditions—from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation and everyday sprains and strains.
Her professional journey has reinforced her dedication to educating patients on the critical importance of proper movement to prevent injury and enhance performance.
Dr. Hsu takes pride in working with athletes of all kinds, including swimmers, runners, gymnasts, and ballplayers. She employs a holistic approach to care, blending manual therapy, movement-based techniques, and neuromuscular re-education to deliver optimal outcomes and help her patients return stronger and more resilient.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys hiking, playing basketball, and traveling.
