Mina is a compassionate and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who brings seven years of previous experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to Apex. She recently graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Arcadia University, where she honed her clinical skills and deepened her understanding of advanced rehabilitation techniques for athletes and pelvic floor patients.
Having personally navigated her own journey through injuries, Mina approaches each patient with empathy and a goal-focused mindset. She believes in creating a supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take an active role in their recovery. Mina’s own experiences with injury allow her to truly connect with her patients, understanding the physical and emotional challenges that come with rehabilitation.
When she’s not in the clinic, Mina enjoys staying active through tennis, volleyball, weight lifting, taking nature walks with her German Shepherd, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She believes in living a balanced, healthy lifestyle and brings this philosophy into her patient care, encouraging others to prioritize their wellness both physically and mentally. Her motto is “Movement is Medicine!”
